Returns Policy APICS.info is committed to providing the highest quality products. Conditions for returns are as follows: - Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We must receive the returned items within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
- Returned items must still be in their original unopened packaging (with the shrink wrap intact).
- There will be a 25% restocking fee for any items returned to us that are not returned due to damage or our shipping error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your item is returned to us by our shipping service due to an incorrect address or any other such reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and will require payment of additional shipping and handling. If you do not reply or if you choose not to have the item reshipped, we will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling charges (including any return postage charged to us by the carrier) and a 25% restocking fee.
If you discover that we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can provide you with the correct item as quickly as possible. There is no charge for us to replace items that we incorrectly shipped to you.
Shipping Policy - Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days.
- We will provide a delivery confirmation or tracking number with each order.
- Items may be NOT shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders will not ship the same day if one or more items are not in stock.
- Orders may not ship the same day if the order is placed after 3 PM Eastern Time.
- Orders ship via a variety of carriers.
- We reserve the right to combine orders into one shipment as needed for efficiency and to control shipping costs.
- Once an uninsured package has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments by our designated carrier(s).
